Find Your Therapist

Whether you’re starting therapy for the first time or looking for the right fit, we’ve got you covered. Our therapists offer a variety of specialties and approaches. This means you’ll get personalized treatment to meet your needs.


We want to make this process easy for you. We know from experience that the most successful therapy happens when there’s a strong therapeutic relationship. So learn about each therapist’s unique style and focus here and find who you connect with!

Step Two

Book An Appointment

If you think you’ve found a good match, reach out by email or phone to contact the therapist. Many of our therapists offer free 10-15 minute phone consultations to ensure a good fit.

You might share a little about what’s going on for you, your goals for therapy, and what you have for insurance to be sure it’s accepted.



Step Three

Complete the Paperwork

A Simple Therapy is a paperless practice. We use a secure, HIPAA compliant electronic health record system.

After scheduling your appointment, paperwork is automatically emailed to you. It must be filled out 24 hours before your first appointment and a credit card placed on file in our secure client portal. Otherwise, your session will be cancelled until the paperwork is completed.
