We want to make this process easy for you. We know from experience that the most successful therapy happens when there’s a strong therapeutic relationship. So learn about each therapist’s unique style and focus here and find who you connect with!
Step Two
Book An Appointment
If you think you’ve found a good match, reach out by email or phone to contact the therapist. Many of our therapists offer free 10-15 minute phone consultations to ensure a good fit.
You might share a little about what’s going on for you, your goals for therapy, and what you have for insurance to be sure it’s accepted.

Step Three
Complete the Paperwork
A Simple Therapy is a paperless practice. We use a secure, HIPAA compliant electronic health record system.
After scheduling your appointment, paperwork is automatically emailed to you. It must be filled out 24 hours before your first appointment and a credit card placed on file in our secure client portal. Otherwise, your session will be cancelled until the paperwork is completed.Â
