Therapy is an investment of time and money.

We believe your mental health, well-being, relationship satisfaction and life goals are worth this commitment. We offer the options of self-pay, using your insurance benefits, or meeting with a graduate student intern as ways to make therapy more accessible.

Are you accepting new clients?
We welcome new clients, though sometimes there may be a wait.

We currently accept: Aetna, Aetna Maine Health, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Community Health Options, Optum, United HealthCare, UMR

Intake assessment: $175.00
Individual session, 50 minutes: $150.00
Individual session, 45 minutes: $125.00
Couples session, 60 minutes: $175.00

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel for any reason with less than 24-hours notice, you will be charged $75.00. If you no show, you will be charged $125.00.

A Simple Therapy does NOT accept any Medicaid or Medicare plans.

A Simple Therapy accepts the following methods of payment:

A credit card must be kept on file in our secure client portal.
All payments are processed automatically within 24 hours of appointment time.
Missed sessions/no-shows or late cancellations will also be charged the full session fee.

Cancellation Policy

A Simple Therapy maintains a cancellation policy of 24 business hours to avoid being charged a missed session fee.
