Online Therapy via Video

Please Note: Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, all in-office appointments are canceled indefinitely. However, you can still access therapy via video telehealth sessions!

Especially during these stressful times of isolation and unpredictability during the coronavirus pandemic, I encourage you to schedule a secure video appointment with me. Research shows that they can be just as effective as in-person appointments, and you can begin or continue your therapy without interruption.

Here are some common questions about Telehealth:

What is Telehealth?

Telehealth allows providers and clients to meet through live, synchronous video chat over a secure, HIPAA-compliant internet platform. I use Simple Practice for video sessions.

Will my Insurance cover Telehealth?

In most cases, your insurance will cover your video sessions the same as in-person sessions, but we need to get confirmation. Please note that the only insurances I accept Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield and Maine Community Health Options.

How much does it cost?

$125.00 for a 50-minute individual session
$150.00 for a 60-minute couple’s session

Does it still feel like therapy?

Yes! Telehealth often helps clients feel more connected, less distracted, and more comfortable talking from the comfort of their homes.

Telehealth also saves you time and hassle, no traveling or parking, and more flexibility for your work-life schedule.

How do I access it?
